By completing the booking form, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:



You must:

By making a booking you agree to pay the deposit/full payment and balance payment as described below. You will be sent an email on how to make payment(s) after we have received your booking form(s)

After completing the booking form you will be asked to pay a £250 deposit (non-refundable). This must be received within 5 working days of completing the online booking form. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (or if booking within 8 weeks payment must be in full). After this date the balance payment is also non-refundable unless in the unlikely event we, the proprietors, cancel your accommodation. We expect you to take out travel insurance to cover your own cancellations.

Payment Methods:

Credit/debit card or Paypal account: If you select this option on the booking form you will be sent a payment request by email.

If you are making a deposit, a second Payment Request will be sent 9 weeks before arrival and you must pay the balance within 8 weeks of arrival.

If paying by French Cheque (euros)

Make cheque payable to J Waller and post to: La Loge Sagrolle, 36160 Urciers, France

GB Sterling: Is acceptable through online bank transfer or by making payment direct into your local branch of Santander (details will be sent upon booking).

Payment for all accommodation is required in advance of arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received.

Bookings must be made on the online booking form or by email or using the post booking form (please request this) which will constitute a legally binding contract.

Cancellations & Insurance

Cancellations by the customer: No refund of the deposit (or full balance if within 8 weeks of the arrival date) will be made if the cancellation is at the request of the customer.

We recommend that each person booking a place on a course or holiday with us takes out their own travel insurance to cover for illness, accident, loss or damage to personal property, cancellation, etc.

Cancellation by the owners

In the unlikely event of the accommodation being cancelled by the us, the owners, a full refund will be made of the relevant payment but no further liability will be accepted. Or we can, by mutual arrangement, change the dates.

Holiday/Travel Insurance

You holiday with us is at your own risk, both on and off our property for the duration of the holiday. No liability is accepted.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that each customer takes out  holiday / travel insurance to cover for cancellation, accident, sickness, injury, loss or theft of personal belonging etc.

We do not accept any responsibility for the security of personal items.

General Conditions

Security deposit: You must bring a UK cheque of £300 to be left with the owners at the beginning of your holiday. This cheque will not be cashed unless there are serious damages, losses or an excess cleaning charge (see below). The cheque (or any balance after charges) will be returned/refunded to the guest after the holiday.

Guests must respect the property, both inside an out. Misuse of the property may result in eviction, without refund.

Guests are allowed in certain areas. These are clearly marked in the house book. Other areas are private and access is not permitted.

Young children must be under the supervision of adults at all time. The use of any part of this property is totally at guests own risk. No liability is accepted by the owners for accident, injury or other event. This is especially important in the play area/swimming pool. Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the play garden.

Arrival and Departure: Day of arrival after 4pm; day of departure by 10am, unless by prior arrangement.

Cleaning:  We do not add a cleaning surcharge, but under the condition that the property is left clean and tidy after the vacation. We expect all wet areas (toilets, showers, sinks and kitchen work surfaces/appliances to be left as clean as you found them. You do not need to dust and hoover. If there is what we consider to be excess cleaning, a charge of £80 will be taken from your security deposit.

Data Protection

We do not pass on, transfer or sell any personal information of our customers to any third party. We do not store personal information for any longer than necessary for our own business records.
